Burundi - CLIMATE
 
 
* Especially around lake Tanganyaka, the climate is hot and humid with temperatures varying between 23 degrees Celsius and 30 degrees Celsius.

* In the mountains to the east of the lake, the average temperature is 20 degrees Celsius.

* October to May is the rainy season, there is a brief dry period during December and January.
